Ineltro Electronics GmbH today announces the acquisition of Ineltro AG, based in Regensdorf, Switzerland. The acquisition expands the Ineltro Group’s presence in the entire DACH region and makes the company an even stronger distribution partner for electronic and electromechanical components as well as system solutions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

The current owner of Ineltro AG, Marc Hunziker, will continue to act as Managing Director of the site until 2026. “I am convinced that Ineltro Electronics GmbH is the right partner for Ineltro AG,” says Marc Hunziker. “Together, we can further expand our market position and offer our customers even better service.”
With the merger, Ineltro has reached another milestone in its corporate history. The synergies resulting from the takeover are extensive and promising. Ineltro now has an even broader product portfolio and a larger team of experienced employees and can therefore offer its customers even more efficient consulting, logistics and service solutions in the entire DACH region.
